Terms of Use

Wake Window is operated by Wake Window for adult parents and caregivers. These terms cover the service, its website, and Beta versions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

App license and Apple’s standard EULA

For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, the app license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom license agreement is supplied in the App Store listing. These service terms supplement the applicable app license and do not replace or limit its rights. Apple is not the operator of Wake Window; direct app and service questions to us.

Accounts and appropriate use

Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in codes, and use the service lawfully. Submit child information, photos, and caregiver details only when authorized. You retain rights to information and photos you submit and allow us to store and process them to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not share accounts, access another person’s information without permission, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful material. We may restrict an account to address abuse, security threats, or a legal obligation. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Planning and activity suggestions

Activities, age recommendations, wake-window estimates, and reminders are general planning aids, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for adult supervision. Consider your child’s abilities, health, and surroundings, follow safety instructions, and consult a qualified health professional about medical or sleep concerns. A suggestion may not suit every child.

Reminders depend on device settings, permissions, and service availability. Do not rely on them for emergencies or safety-critical purposes.

Premium subscriptions

Premium includes the seven-day planner, reminders for planned activities, and the full activity library. A selection of activities and next-nap estimates are available without Premium. Where available, Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.

• Price and duration: the purchase screen and store confirmation show the subscription name, billing period, localized total price, and any eligible trial or introductory offer before confirmation. The displayed store terms apply.
• Payment: Apple or Google charges your store account when you confirm, or at the end of an eligible trial as shown by the store.
• Renewal: subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. The store charges for renewal under its billing rules. A trial or introductory offer converts to the displayed regular price unless canceled under the offer’s terms.
• Cancellation: on iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wake Window, or use Apple’s subscription management page. On Android, use Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before the renewal date shown by the store. For an Apple free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal.
• Access after cancellation: turning off renewal normally keeps Premium available through the verified paid period. A refund, revocation, or another store status change can end access sooner. Store rules govern trial access after cancellation.
• Restore purchases: use the app’s Restore Purchases option with the store account used for the purchase and your associated Wake Window account. Contact support if verified access is missing. Restoring an existing purchase does not create a new subscription.
• Refunds: Apple or Google handles refunds under its policies and applicable law. For Apple purchases, use Apple’s refund request service.

Prices and offers may vary by store, country, and eligibility. The store provides notices and any consent required for subscription price changes. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Beta access

Pre-release features can change, contain errors, or be interrupted. Keep another record of important plans. Invited Beta testers may receive Premium from the coordinator. A Beta grant is separate from a paid subscription and does not cancel store billing.

TestFlight and designated Google Play license-test purchases use store testing systems. Do not confirm a Beta purchase unless the store identifies the expected test flow; contact the coordinator if a real charge appears. A trial or discounted subscription is not a Beta grant.

Third-party events and products

Event listings, outings, and toy links are informational. Availability, suitability, prices, and provider terms can change; check with the provider. Wake Window does not book classes or sell third-party products through these links. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Ending use and deleting your account

You can stop using the service at any time. Open Account → Delete account in the app and confirm, or use our account deletion request form if you cannot access the app. Web requests require ownership verification. Our Privacy Policy explains deletion and retained records.

Cancel your store subscription separately to stop future charges. Account deletion does not instruct Apple or Google to cancel it.

Availability and your statutory rights

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing, suggestion, or estimate is error-free. Nothing here excludes warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app license governs its warranty and liability provisions.

Changes and contact

Updates will be published here with a revised effective date and appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or the store’s purchase terms.
