Delete your account

In the app, open Account → Delete account and confirm. If you cannot access the app, submit a request below using your account email.

We must verify that you own the account before acting on a web request. Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account.

Deletion removes the account, child profiles and photos, saved plans, wake-up and nap logs, favorites, preferences, and associated support requests. Limited purchase-ownership records remain to prevent a deleted purchase from being claimed by another account.

Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings to stop renewal.
